Our Promise
Preventative care is the major factor for developing these website management plans. They are designed to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case that your website goes under, we are here to communicate with the proper individuals such as hosting companies and plugin developers on your behalf. We cannot promise that your website will not be hacked, but we can ensure we will do everything we can to prevent it. We will also be there to help restore and clean up your website with the most recent, working, backup.
There is no contract for these plans, you can cancel anytime. These plans are offered on a subscription basis and must be paid monthly in advance.

- Do the small jobs (30min or 1hr, depending on your plan) roll over?
The 30min or 1hr small jobs do not roll over month to month. The time is there for you to reserve your spot in our schedule for dedicated support. We highly encourage updating your website at least once a month or on a regular schedule. This is not only good for search engine rankings, but to let your customers know your business is active.
- What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc.?
The purpose of setting up these plans on your website is for preventative care, to significantly reduce the likelihood of your site getting hacked, and to save you the expensive cost of fixing a site after it has been hacked if it didn’t have these preventative measures in place.
If something does happen, we are here to help restore the website back to its original state. In the event the site can’t be fixed, we will restore to the most recent clean backup.
Note: Websites that get compromised and are not on a maintenance plan can cost hundreds to thousands of dollars to fix and restore.
- What types of tasks are included in the small jobs/dedicated support time?
Small design changes, training, content updates, troubleshooting, and anything that we can fit into your allotted time is allowed. In addition, our clients have also requested social media: updates, content creation, and graphic design. As long as it fits in the dedicated support time, we can do that for you.
Note that requests such as new website features, custom graphics, content development and writing, and other larger tasks may need a separate quote since these usually take longer than the allotted dedicated time.
- What if I need more hours?
Just let us know what you need done and we’ll come up with a separate quote to fulfill your needs.
- Why do I need an ongoing maintenance plan, why can't I just update the website myself?
If you have the time and knowledge of the individual core, plugin, and theme updates, you can certainly update it on your own. However, it is important that you have a clean, reliable and working backup. As a company that updates numerous websites on a monthly basis, we keep up with industry news and announcements. We are aware of critical and non-critical updates to keep websites safe and running.
WordPress plugins are built by multiple authors, and are updated frequently to comply with the lastest WordPress updates or to address a security or bug issues. It’s not guaranteed these updates will not break your website.
Thus, we recommending having a trained web developer to monitor the website, ensure the updates have gone through successfully, roll back plugins, replace plugins, or even adjust the theme to make sure the website is up and running smoothly.
